I've spent the last several months talking with hundreds of Peterborough residents and business owners. The message at every one is identical: we're not living up to our potential. We're stuck managing decline instead of managing growth.

I believe PTBO can be a city of abundance, not scarcity. But to realize that potential, we need leadership that understands how to build — by building trust, building community, and building an environment of job creation.
